Waterloo Place, Pall Mall (SW1) Derives its name from having been projected and built during the Regency of George, Prince of Wales, afterwards George IV. The buildings were principally designed by Nash. (Tallis's London Street Views) One of the handsomest streets in the metropolis, was designed and carried out by Mr. John Nash, architect, under an Act of Parliament obtained in 1813, partly at his own cost.
