"Prompt no-nonsense service"

I have used the HSF health insurance scheme since 1999. I have always had an excellent and very prompt customer service, especially from the Claims Department where all my claims have been dealt with without a tint of a hassle all the time. Most times, my claim for my pair of glasses, which I do almost every year, would have been settled before my glasses had been ready for collection.

There is no doubt that, HSF is really in the service for which they advertise, to the letter or may be even better..
