My flight tickets to America were issued in Nashville in August 08. With only 2 weeks to go before flying from Dublin to San Antonio, I was informed that I needed to return the tickets to USA to be reissued - because of itinerary changes. This was not possible. In desperation, I phoned the Aer Lingus UK Sales Office and found the staff co-operative and very helpful - even though the fault was of my own making. Giovani Ciocari of that office was an absolute angel in disguise and for his help and assistance I will be eternally grateful. Eilish from the New York office was also helpful. If all matters had not been initiated by Giovani I may not have realised my dream of getting to America at Christmas. Thank you Giovani - and Aer Lingus..
