"Beware lower ground floor rooms"

Hotel in good location and staff very pleasant, but we were allocated room Lg 4. To find this room we needed to negotiate some akward stairs, and during the night found the room extremly hot. Also at about 5.55am realised that the kitchen was in the ajoining room where they were preparing breakfast.

We will not be paying a return visit..
