I've been going for many years and it's true you wait a while but they never get the order wrong and on the one occasion that i witnessed it they came and apologised and replaced the dish. FREE OF CHARGE.

As for the toilets, there is one, it's perfectly clean with a lock and has facilities for wheelchairs users. The food is brilliant and whole place has a real authentic feel..
