Ifex Courier are quite reliable in Getting your Stuff to Nigeria, but the major Fault they Have is Lacking Good Customer - Client Communication,

Developed courier sytems have a way the customer tracks his parcel, Ifex is not as advanced as that but they can bridge that gap by Effective communication via phone calls to give progress to the customer.

Secondly there associates in Nigeria are quite slow in ensuring that your stuff gets to the part of Nigeria its going to.

I have used them for long time now but once I find an alternative I will stop using them, until they improve on their customer service..
