"Service and food crap!"

A review of Burger King by Trudy offley written on Thursday 13th of November 2008

Visited Romford Essex branch yesterday which is the first time I visiteed this Burger King. Had the most disappointing visit ever:-

Paid for 3 children and one adult. No explaination why the adult food was not served I had to ask.

No tomatoe sauce offered for the children's meals, I asked twice.

I asked for a chicken royal meal with no chips and hot choc. Chips was served up and threw onto the tray.

Overall presentation bad, table dirty, I cleaned the table before I allowed my children to sit down as germs spread.

Bins was full up.

Overall £13.00 spent on food could have got better at Macdonalds and a lot cheaper!!!.
