"Where's my good ol' Rothmans of London?"

I've been smoking Kingsize Rothmans of London for the past 45 years, starting when I lived in Tripoli. I never thought they would change. Unfortunately, at some point, I was forced to buy Canadian Rothmans in the States but still managed to buy Rothmans when I traveled out of the country. I would also have friends bring in the real thing from overseas trips, etc.

Now none of them are the same anymore! They smoke cheap--it's not the old taste. The box is even shorter. And what gives with all the messages plastered all over the boxes? Is that supposed to be cute?

Rothmans were always the classiest cigarettes around. I think the owner must have died and whoever took over just doesn't care about the quality of the tobacco. I'm not even sure they use Virginia tobacco anymore. I'm an American in America and cannot stand American cigarettes. This problem may drive me to quit--something I said I would never do!.
