Staff helpful, rooms and en suite bathrooms spotless - some a bit on small side. Very good full English breakfast. Well situated within walking distance of bus stop and Tube. If you want a really quiet room, ask for one at the back. Not really suitable for guests who have problems going up and down stairs. I've stayed here several times over the years and have never been disappointed. In a few words, excellent value for money..
