On my way home I ordered a pizza from them, as I do love Pizza Hut pizzas. I paid at the time and arranged a time for it to be delivered.

When the time came I waited and waited. I rang up the shop itself after about 15 minutes and asked them, and they sais it was on its way.

15 minutes LATER it arrived. Was cold by that point. The driver didn't even apoligize..
