A review of The Queen Victoria by Elizabeth Belz, USA written on Friday 17th of October 2008
Queen Victoria is an excellent hostel with a lot of charm. If you are one of those backpackers who is looking for awesome people to party w/ than this is the hostel for you. Free WIFI that worked everywhere. A nice clean kitchen where all the appliances actually worked and a great small bar down stairs were everyone hung out! As well as being the easiest hostel in the world to find (we just jumped on the bus and it took us right to the front door from Trafalgar Square #53 that runs 24hrs about an hour bus ride), it was also the cheapest hostel we could find in London and worth so much more! Close to Woolwich Center which has so many grocery stores its sick, as well as a post office. If I ever head back to London this will defiantly be the place I stay. Even though I hated London Michael Jackson and his movie buff girlfriend made the one hour bus ride worth it!
Sincerely,
Modern Furniture
