"Satisfaction beyond what was agreed!"

We received a response from John of Redbridge Removals to our listing on www.freightalerts.co.uk. in which we were looking for someone to bring our new sofa from the UK to the Republic of Ireland. After receiving a competitive quote, we arranged for John to pick up the sofa from the supplier. There was a moment when we worried that we had entrusted our new (and expensive) sofa to someone about whom we knew very little. But not only was John able to bring the sofa to our slightly remote Irish address on time, he also helped us to manoeuvre what proved to be a very heavy and awkward sofa into the room it was destined for. I'm sure a lot of other carriers would have simply left the sofa in the drive or the hallway but we didn't even need to ask. I happily gave John a little extra for the 20 minutes it took to get the sofa into the sitting room - although he did not ask for it. Will certainly be using him again..
