21st Century Vedic Education
My name is Tony Butcher. I invite you to hear my personal story of the re-discovery of a system of true Vedic education , which has been amply validated scientifically and will not only help your children achieve brilliant academic results but will also awaken the inner genius within.
Anybody who knows anything about yoga knows that the human body is really like a tree or plant that is upside down because its roots are the brain.
The question is where does the brain derives its nourishment- the answer is the field of Pure Consciousness that underlies all creation- whose modern term is the Unified Field.
Researchers have found that this unified field of Pure Consciousness is easily and naturally contacted by the very simple mental technique of Transcendental Meditation.
The pre-frontal cortex of the brain is crucial to academic success and personal happiness. It is responsible for regulating our decision making, moral reasoning, judgement and planning and our sense of self.
Research shows that two short periods of Transcendental Meditation each day greatly benefits the prefrontal cortex and increases its speed of processing information.
Children practising this technique will find learning a pleasure and parents and usually achieve in the top 1-5% academically.
We all know how a plant suffers when deprived of adequate water and nourishment so why do we stress our children by starving their brain of the vital source of inner happiness and outer success in school, when all we have to do is Water the Root each day and watch them flourish.
The scientific research which underpins these amazing results will be given by Charles Cunningham.
