I've also been trying to reach the Housing Assoc on the above number - its unbelievable, just an automated voicemail msg, that thanks caller for holding, and keeps saying the call will be anwered shortly.

Thought they are meant to be a client-user organisation, but no one seems to be interested in answerting/taking phone calls.
