"HYPE R ACTIVE!!!!!"

I have been a Hype customer from they opened in 1995 and have never looked back. I attend the salon in Balham which has had a great team of stylists and juniors alike. I currently have my hair styled by Natalie who is an award winning stylist, but if she is unavailable I am never worried about who will be let loose on my hair as they are all very talented.

I notice on previous reviews that their are comments about price inconsistences. They do have a price list available and you will pay slightly different prices depending on whether you are styled by a junior or senior stylist. I feel their prices are competitive considering the quality of their work.

The receptionists Ann & Yasmeen are professionals. On some occasions you may well have to wait slightly longer than you may consider acceptable, but this is not the norm. If there are delays the stylist will usually keep you informed as to how long you will have to wait.

If you are looking for a decent black hairdresser try Hype in Balham, Brixton or Battersea. I bet you wont regret it ;-) .
