95 year old mother in law met at the car park with a wheelchair and taken direct to check in when on the way to Australia in 2005. Polite well dressed middle Eastern chap did the pushing and gave the top service available. At the right time another "skycap" took mum to the aircraft and did so with a big smile. She was entirely at ease and had nothing but praise for her Escorts. This year doing the same journey she has already insisted that "skycaps" are used again.
