A review of DHL Express by J Newton written on Tuesday 2nd of September 2008

As a regular user of DHL services (either direct or via Interparcel) we fail to understand that it takes 2 drivers to pick up 2 parcels which are ready at the same time. Why can't DHL Int. pick up DHL National parcels and vice versa.

Even if they go to different depots (if there is no main depot for the region), the amount of extra petrol and extra time can never be as high as now.
