"Booking meals - special diets"

CONTACTING AIR CHINA!

I can see from their site that special diets have to be booked in advance. How? There is no phone number and no e-mail address provided...

Also, I am trying to confirm a flight, but it is impossible to get through!!! I have tried two different phone numbers. The only thing I can hear at the other end of the phone is some continuous music - no indication of how long I will have to wait or if someone will eventually answer. The other phone number only gives a message, asking to call later... It would be nice to be able to do the confirmation online! However, there is no e-mail address provided. The Air China general site does not have any 'contact us' at all...
