"I can see the point"

I can see the point that a working person with commitments to work and family might find the system difficult. But for myself, a pensioner, I have found the system works well, though I was shocked when it was first introduced; it SEEMED a cynical device designed to meet a Government "target".

The doctors are friendly, efficient and helpful and I have absolutely no complaints about the service and treatments. I have been treated with great care, for which I am grateful..
