"Nice pizza poor service"

I like the pizza dont get me wrong but the service from the stafford brach is to put it bluntly really bad.

previously it took approximatley 15 mins to place my order and the receptionist didnt understand me then the pizza took 1 hr to get here.

i just placed an order confirmed all the details and cost and was pleased with the improvment. however the order turned up still same price but less one pizza the menu only came last week with my previous order .

i called the branch up who said they will get the pizza to me but still sat here 40 mins later and nothing.

i hope this is an isolated incident because the pizzas are nice next time i think i will go and collect .
