"Local advice, goods and excellent service"

I tried all the major hardware stores like b&q and homebase. But I never thought that a local shop could provide the correct goods with outstanding service. Refunding and exchanging things was easy as well. No problem at all! Things are also reasonably cheap there; I brought some metal washers for just less than 5p each!.
