"Frank Knows Hair"

I have been going to Frank for over 5 years now after being recommended by a friend. I know that I can ask either Frank or Pauline to cut my hair and do something different, and every time it comes out fabulous. Frank knows colour and style and even though I have now moved to SW London, I still travel to his salon to get my hair cut..
