If this is still the above headed school I would just like to note that it brings back fond memories.I attended in the late 1940's when Miss Attride Ihope that is spelt correctly) was headmistress. She retired while I was there and I presented her with flowers on the day she retired. The building itself was old with few amenities yet I enjoyed attending. There was a good athletics programme when I attended and we entered in the all London games at White

City . We attended St. Marylebon Church and a new church was built to commemorate Robert and Elizabeth Barratt Browning..
