Well yeah I've got the same email and as I have been concerned in online lottery I thought it really did happen so I replied to 3 mails. Here comes the tricky part:
PAYMENT INSTRUCTION
We have recieved confirmation (XXXXXXXX) that you are officially cleared for payment of £1,500,000.00 by the Verifications Department of the LOTTERY. You can now begin the final step of the claims process, which is the transferring of your cash prize to you. With regards to this, there are two options open, you are required to select the most convenient and immediately get back to us for adequate instructions.
All your winning documents which include your certificate and a covering documents i.e (Money Laundering protection and Letter of Affidavit for Claims) from the British government, stating that the money was obtained legally through the LONDON ROYAL LOTTERY Will be sent to you as soon as you meet with any of the option selected.

Cost Of Transfer (COT)....................... 0.051% = £765
£1,500,000.00 (One Million and Five Hundred Thousand pound sterling ) will be wired to your bank account via swift bank transfer. upon payment of the cost of transfer (COT) being charged by our transferring bank, which is 0.051% of the cash being transferred will be paid upfront by you.
Note that your prize money is protected by a hardcover insurance policy, which makes it impossible to deduct any amount from the money before it is being remitted to you. This means that the above charges cannot be deducted from the prize and hence must be provided by you before your prize is transferred to you. thus you are required to send payment charges of what ever option you have chosen via western union money transfer, to our national account's officer, who is in charge of your cheque and winning documents.
Also, you are required to send to us as soon as possible, these few information below:
(1.) The delivery option that you've chosen.
(2.) Your bank details (if you have chosen option 2, Bank Transfer.)
Having done this, you will be given proper guidelines on how delivery payments is made.
Upon confirmation of your payment by the verifications department of this company, your parcel shall immediately be delivered to you in accordance with your chosen option.
