"Great service in London!!!"

Something had gone wrong with the shipping of our parcel from Holland, which is why it wasn't going to be delivered on time.

The Holland office was unable (Unwilling?!) to help so I called DHL London myself and spoke with Liam.

He was very understanding and helpful and managed to contact the driver, who turned out to be a sweetheart and decided to deliver out parcel anyway by changing his route a little. The parcel arrived just in time!

Thanks guys for saving our day and for delivering great service!
