It is clear why this restaurant has a faithful following, growing steadily for some time. Sitar serves some of the finest Indian food I've tasted, always marked by the quality of the meat and freshness of spice. The decor is pleasant and warm, the staff mostly friendly, and with main courses starting from just over a fiver, you can't go wrong..
