"Our favourite cafe..."

We moved to Kingwood Road in 2003 and Plum fast became our favourite local cafe - best coffee we have

found, and fantastic good quality food - all at a reasonable price. Have to say the staff are always friendly even when busy which seems to be most of the time. Not sure where previous reviewer is eating locally, but I can think of nowhere in the neighbourhood that comes close in terms of ambience, food and a faithful local following. Cheaper food maybe, but you get what you pay for, and I hate lousy food even when it's cheap!.
