It seems strange that in todays game that players and fans have to support Chelsea by putting up with the appalling English weather. Its about time that playing conditions are brought into modern times and a lid over the Bridge would solve that problem. It would improve the standard of the pitch and therefore the standard of play. It would provide a vastly improved level of football fan comfort and may even encourage greater matchday attendance. But most importantly, the atmosphere would be ELECTRIC. I KNOW, because we have roofed stadia in Australia and our weather is one hundred percent better than yours. It will cost TOO MUCH I hear you bleat. Well, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. You're not there to merely occupy space. C'mon Chelsea..
