"Not Happy with the Service"

I am busy full-time worker and on Saturday I go to College all day. Hence I request my husband to purchase SATs Papers for my son from Corbetts in Pinner on Tuesday 8th April '08.

He brought English, Maths, Science each costing £10 (£30). When I came home in the evening I checked the papers and noticed that I already had them downloaded free from internet. So I asked him to return.

When he went to return today - 8th April '08, Corbett's refused to refund the money and take the books back. Instead they have given credit note.

This is appalling to me when I don't have time. Why could Corbett's not give the money back? It is not like we wen't after weeks - the books(Papers) are intact too!!! I am not happy to be wasting my £30..
