"Conditions -Portland Place branch starbucks"

Having visited BBC recording studios at portland Place 0n Monday 31st March, we called in at the Starbucks coffee shop adjacent to the church next door for a coffee and snack, finding there was only a small table which was occupied we retired down stairs to consume our food, most of the tables were ocupied but those that wern't were full with empty cups, bottles stale food etc etc,tables not cleared or cleaned, having visited the toilets both ladies & mens were in an appauling state, no toilet paper, hand paper the toilets had not been cleaned, in fact a complete disregard for health & safety. We were totaly disgusted especially as your prices for coffee & food are probably the highest in london. We shall be making a return visit to the recording studios in a couple of weeks, so will visit your shop again to see if any improvement has been made.
