"Needs a clean!"

Palmers green branch is in dire need of a clean!

Also,when I queried the absence of 'toddler time',I was informed that "It's half term in Hertfordshire".Well,funnily enough,I thought we were in Enfield.It just didn't make sense!Another mum was answered with a shrug of the shoulders from one of the staff.It seems the whole set-up needs a shake up!!

Sorry to use this as a 'complaint' site,but there doesn't seem to be a proper website for CT.Just WHO is in charge?

I'll do my best to find who is responsible for this place and speak to them,in the meantime,I hope my points are taken on board if members of CT staff happen to read this. .
