My car a Ford Galaxy 2004 had just developed a hiccup on acceleration, I was passing this garage, so popped in. Andrew greeted me, he asked what was the problem, he immediatly took it for a test drive. On his return, suggested that it could be an injector. He said for me to go to to a ford dealership to get the part, and if successful return for fitting. He fitted the part, the hiccup was gone, I was on my way in less than 2 hours from just popping in.

So in conclusion.

Although he had other cars in the garage, that were work in progress, he attended to me straight away, diagnosed correctly and was cheap. £35 for this service.
