"Garcha The Good"

I don't feel this is a fair statement to make in that the Doctor is only intrested in his salary!

I have found that Doctor Garcha is attentive with a good demeanour and always does his best to be accurate in his diagnosis..

I and my family have never had any problems with his diagnosis, but I dont think you are being entirely fair as most Doctors are now overworked and I believe him to have does his best.. There are many varying factors to allow for with diagnosis and remember please that it is a science and cannot always be 100% Think about this does the surgery have an ultrasound machine and all the other equipment the hospital has?
