This pharmacy is the ultimate example of why large chain pharmacies should be boycotted. With friendly, personalized service, the staff will go out of their way to help you in emergencies. They are flexible in their approach to dealing with customers, they know everyone personally, they always ask how you're doing, and are great at keeping track of what your needs are without even having to look things up most of the time. Please support this store by never purchasing your prescriptions at a chain store. You won't save money by buying in one of these megastores and you'll end up reducing the quality of your life by missing out on the supportive and humanizing interactions with the staff at Herbert & Shrive. Mike, the main pharmacist sets the tone for kindness and helps to instill this in his staff. He's a smart guy and a gem of a human being!.
