"Disappointingly Poor Service"

Most web-site info re Thomas Cook is hopelessly out of date. I have just made a wasted trip to Th. Cook 100 Victoria St., which is listed on a website dated 2008, but which no longer exists. Likewise, phone numbers are listed which are discontinued. The listed Oxford St no. is still operational but there is no reply. I shall now try again; but so far I'm not impressed. .
