"Can pizza city really compare with the big chain franchises?"

I am personally a big fan of dominoes, however i would certainly put pizza city in that category. i would choose pizza city over pizza hut papa johns etc any day. i would give this place a straight 9/10 for for taste, 9/10 for price, 9/10 for quality and 7/10 for service..
