"Incredibly helpful service"

I have just returned from a trip to James Selby and I would like to commend the sales assistants. I have always had friendly service there and count myself very lucky that I live close by and it saves me havbng to go into central London. But today the young woman dn young man on first floor who helped me were exceptional/ They could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I noprmally hate shopping. As I waalked away today I realised I had actually enjoyed the last half hour. I came online to recommend them to Selby's personnel office only to find they don't have a site. never mind I will phone..
