"Fleet Line taxis Control staff are terrible"

Fleetline are probably the cheapest taxis service in Harrow / Stanmore to Heathrow airport. I travel at least 4 or 5 times a month via Heathrow and I used fleetline for pick ups.

Their staff at the control centre are not very good. I have had several run ins with them about picks and late taxis. There is only 1 driver there I would use and his name is Tom Dillion and he is very customer focused.

I am trying other taxis firms in the area. I'll let you know how I get on. If you are in a rush and need a taxis firm think twice about using Fleetline
