"Amazing assistant!"

Fredericke, the assistant in the Wallis depatrment ofDebenham,s store at Winchester must qualify as Wallis' Retail assistant of the year. On 9.8.06, my friend and I, both a reluctant size 18, were tentatively browsing the rails of gorgeous clothing when Fredericke smilingly approached us. I said we needed help and boy, did we get help! Nothing was too much trouble, she made us feel special, explaining which styles and colours would suit us best and bringing different sizes until we had the perfect fit. We bought outfits that we would not have chosen by ourselves and felt great for the experience. Anyone wanting honest, practical advice and commitment to making you feel a satisfied customer should go along to Wallis in Winchester and look for a 28 year old German lady called Fredericke. You won't be disappointed.
