A review of Citizens Advice Bureau by Jackie Ladbroke written on Wednesday 8th of November 2006
If I could ever actually get through to any Citizen's Advice phone line then I may have something to review! Have been trying for about three weeks now! As there is no option to hold and be placed in a queue, all one can do is keep on phoning and phoning and phoning.. Not easy when you're at work. And even less easy as there seems to be no dedicated website for the Upper Street CAB - so nowhere to check opening hours, just have to keep trying numbers to hear intensely irritating automated voice telling you that they are closed at this time. .
