I think this is an excellent dentist worth 5 stars. I've had no problem getting appointments (even same-day emergency work on Christmas Eve!) Very skilled, charming dentists mean that I seldom have anaesthesia or pain-killers because they can avoid hitting nerves. My best ever dentist - I travel a long way to go there.

But I agree the receptionist needs to sort out her attitude. She's the owners wife, so they're kinda stuck with her....
