I've also been a patient since he started his own practice. I have found over the years that it depends very much on who you see. Myself and my children have always received the best of care from Dr Ali and his Wife (Elaine). Unfortunately it's a case of pot luck with the other doctors employed there. The care is not always good, it seems it's a case of the quicker the better and see the next patient. The receptionist Customer Service is the same, some care enough, others just want to get on with it..
