"Not Bad"

To be Fair, the room I stayed in was quite good, it was kinda small, yet it was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in within the same price range. Most of the staff were ok, however, one particular guy receptionist was rather ,how do I put it. Dull? somewhat rude even. I needed to extend my reservation for another couple of days, I understand that there may have been reservations by other customers, but when he told me that check out is at 10 am I was outraged. What is more annoying is when he said "ok my friend, I can give you till 11", like he was doing me favors. Getting this attitude after staying five nights at the hotel is just not right. .
