"Short sighted!"

I have had my optical prescriptions made up at this optician twice now after having my eyes tested at another establishment. I have not experienced any problems to date until now.....I was invited there for my new eye test but told that when I am available their optician cannot do free eye tests that I am eligible for!!! He can do it if I pay but not if I have a free test........!.
