Dear Andrew, thank you for your reveiw of our bathroom installation at your house in elm road sw14, during the installation of the bathrooms at your property we did have a water leak on the first bathroom we installed caused by the a compression fitting failing in the wall 4 weeks after completion of the bathroom, as soon as you informed of the problem with the leak i responded and repaired it. The problem with the underfloor heating was caused by a faulty sensor, i responded by taking up the floor and replacing the underfloor heating and retiling the floor.You then invited me to carry out a second project in your property the installation of a shower room, we completed the installation, again you informed me of a water leak on the installation, i responded again to try to rectify the problem with the installation, this was not successfull, at this stage of our working relationship i payed for another plumber to come to your property and put right a list of defects with the installation you where still unhappy with, this i now belive has been completed to your satisfaction at my expence. On comencement of work at your property i was informed that i was the 4th plumber to be hired to work at your property in as many months, there is no mention of there workmanship repaired by gasjet at your property, a list of works completed by gasjet they had you with unfinished at your property..
