"Average food, offensive service"

On our third or fourth visit to this restaurant, my friends and I were treated to the expected, slightly above average food, whihc admittedly always tend to be in good portion sizes, but some literally offensive service.

Being told to "just get out" 10 minutes after finishing your main course is not what I have come to expect from a london restaurant. I appreciate they needed the table for their next sitting, but had their service earlier in the evening been up to scratch they would have had ample time to serve coffee and desert. Instead I found myself insisting they repay the service charge (12.5% automatically added to the bill, which I always find ironic), before letting them know we would not be back.

I dislike confrontation and it left me feeling angry for the rest of the evening. An otherwise pleasant evening with friends completely ruined by the waiting staff. Avoid at all costs - whilst the food is good, it simply is not worth it.
