"Incompetance personified"

A review of Royal Mail by NO Packet written on Monday 26th of November 2007

I find it imposible to take delivery of parcels. If I am not in when the Royal Mail call I loose parcels. They NEVER leave a "called whilst you were out card" and why I hear you cry. Because they can't get in the building to put it through my letter box. So they don't bother. I've even suggested they post me the card......I'm still waiting..
