"Closed four year ago?!"

I just rang the number for Brecknock Road postoffice to ask about opening and closing times on Saturday and the guy who answered the phone said the post office had been closed for over 4 years!!! I was just at this post office earlier this week and successfully posted a package. What is going on?.
