"Death certificate"

A review of Snaresbrook Crown Court by Sheila O. Merison written on Thursday 15th of November 2007

My brother Peter Henry Baxter of Snaresbrook recently passed away (28th )October). A friend of Peter, Mrs. Margaret Page collected his death certificate and although I have asked many times for a copy, I still have not received one. I know she did collect a copy for me at the time.

Unfortunately this is holding up proceedings this end.

Would it be possible for another copy, which I will pay for. I am Peter's sister, Sheila Merison in Australia. I am sorry to trouble you over this and thank you in anticipation.

If you could e-mail a copy it would be much quicker.
