A review of Bethany Fellowship Of Great Britain by Jessica written on Wednesday 14th of November 2007
I visited the church, feeling very depressed, lost, worried about the bills that needed to be paid. etc.
The Minister Dr Blackson, a humble man opened the message “THOU ART EVER WITH ME AND ALL THAT I HATH IS THINE.” I had never thought or shall I say remembered that God was always with me in good and bad times and everything that belongs to Him belongs to me, and I am His child.
He told the congregation to repeat the words several times, until the words and their deep meaning become predominant thought patterns in our minds. His sermon was clear and positive and to me it was like a everyday living sermon. I was able to relate to alot of what he was saying, to tell you the truth when I was going home I felt a bit silly and thought to myself I have no problem. I felt this new positive zest that I didnot want to leave me. When I arrived home my children were calling me "new mum."
I felt a change in my mind and body a innner calmness that I had not felt for a long time. The members are very friendly and the singing was great, it reminded me of when I was younger and attened church with my parents back home. I live very far but I will surely be attending again, hopefully I will convice my partner to come along.
